Glenn's construction career spans some of Melbourne's most significant projects. Starting as a labourer on Crown Casino, he developed deep expertise in commercial construction safety through progressively senior roles. His nine years as Group HSEQ Manager provided extensive experience in safety system development, team leadership, and strategic safety planning for major infrastructure projects.

Maurice brings a wealth of construction experience spanning two continents. Beginning his career in the United Kingdom as a carpenter and joiner, he quickly progressed into supervisory roles, delivering projects across the London Underground, British Rail, and government buildings. Since relocating to Australia in 2003, Maurice has held site management positions with tier 1 and tier 2 contractors in Victoria and Western Australia, including Allmore Construction and Hacer Group.

Maurice's extensive construction background began with carpentry work on major projects in London, including London Underground and British Rail infrastructure. After relocating to Australia, he continued his career on significant commercial projects, eventually advancing to Site Manager positions. This progression from tradesperson to management gives him valuable insight into safety challenges at all levels of construction operations.

With site safety always at the forefront of his approach, Maurice made a long-awaited move into the safety profession — joining Elliott Safety initially as a Safety Advisor. He holds a Certificate IV in OHS and is ticketed to operate hoists and EWPs, and to supervise traffic management works. His hands-on experience in these areas gives him a genuine appreciation for the safety challenges site managers face every day.

Maurice is an exceptional communicator with strong auditing and report writing skills, developed through intensive training with the Elliott Safety Director and Senior Advisors.
